In 2004, Montage launched Montage Furniture Services (MFS) to begin establishing itself as the premier provider of customer-centric, service-oriented protection plans and service with a "human touch".

MFS' speed of service together with the industry's lowest denial rates has provided the basis for our fast growth. MFS customer service representatives are trained to give customers solutions to their problems instead of looking for ways to deny claims.

MFS offers a variety of programs and coverage that can be tailored to suit retailer and customer needs. MFS protection plans cover fabric, leather, vinyl, mattresses, area rugs and solid surfaces including wood and case goods.

Our call metric goals are as follows:

• Calls answered in 30 seconds or less: 80%
• Calls abandoned: 3%
• In-home professional technician service in 10 days or less: 80%
