Montage Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to maintaining the security of your personal information. This policy describes how we collect information and what we do to protect this information. Montage Inc. operates businesses under the names, among others, Montage Inc., Montage Marketing Services, Montage Furniture Services, and Home Care Institute. If you provide information to any of the above businesses, it may be shared or combined between current or future Montage Inc. entities and subsidiaries. Montage's Web server automatically collects information such as the address (or "URL") of the Web site that you came from before visiting our site, which pages you visit on our site, which browser you used to view our site and any search terms you have entered on our site. Montage collects personally identifiable information when you supply it to us in a request for information, product/service purchase, request for personal notification services, complete a questionnaire, or other communications with Montage. This personally identifiable information may include your name, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, credit card information, and other personal data. Montage uses this information to fulfill your product/service requests, provide customer services, offer new products/services, measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and/or web sites, administer surveys, send marketing communications, or other business purposes. Montage may need to share your personally identifiable information with a third party in limited circumstances. Examples of these circumstances include; fulfilling our customer's requests, sending marketing communications from Montage, conducting research or surveys, sending regular mail and e-mail on behalf of Montage, or processing credit card payments. If your information is used to send you marketing communications, you may opt-out at any time. To opt-out of receiving marketing communications from Montage, (1) Follow directions on a marketing e-mail or direct mail communication from us, or (2) send an e-mail with your current contact information to privacy@montagenet.com, or (3) send a letter to Montage Inc, Attn: Privacy Manager, 3050 Centre Pointe Drive, Suite 50, Roseville, MN 55113.
If you send an e-mail or letter request, please be sure to include your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address and indicate specifically what type of marketing communications you wish to stop receiving. This will ensure we identify you correctly in our systems and accurately process your opt-out request.
Montage will take the appropriate steps to implement your request to opt-out. Please note that due to production and mailing timelines, it may take up to 10 business days for e-mails and up to six weeks for direct mail to make the requested change. Until that change takes effect, you may still receive marketing communications from us. Also, please note that you may still receive business-related communications such as order confirmations, or other administrative communications.
Montage has security measures in place to ensure that your personal information is secured. Montage employs a Secure Sockets Layer software (SSL) to encrypt the data you input on our Web Sites. Montage employs a secure, private network for management and storage of this data. Although Montage cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of data, we take reasonable precautions to prevent such unfortunate occurrences. Montage cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us by e-mail and you do so at your own risk.
Montage may revise this privacy policy, without notice, at any time. This policy, when updated, will list the date that the policy was revised at the bottom of this page.
